Who should apply for Badlands Head Start: Prenatal to Five program?      

  • Prenatal to preschool age children: 
  1. Early Head Start Services are for prenatal to children under 3 on Sept. 1st of the new program year. 
  2. Head Start Services are for children between the age of 3 years and under the age of 5 on Sept. 1st of the new program year.
  • Children with disabilities:
  1. We encourage families with children of any disability to apply.  We work closely with other providers to ensure complete service.
  • Families of all income levels: 
  1. All families are encouraged to apply, even though it is an income based program

  1. When applying please bring verification of age and the last 12 months family income.
